Frequently asked questions

Can I withdraw the bonus money itself?

No. Welcome bonuses are paid in bonus funds that must be wagered before they convert to cash. The bonus itself is not withdrawable — only winnings derived from it, after wagering is cleared.

What happens if I deposit more than the bonus ceiling?

You receive the bonus up to its maximum (e.g. £100 in this case) and the rest of your deposit is held as cash balance. Withdraw the cash portion or play through it once before clearing the bonus.

Does the wagering apply to the bonus, the deposit, or both?

Almost always the bonus only. A 30x requirement on a £100 bonus means £3,000 in qualifying bets. Some operators bundle deposit + bonus; check the T&Cs before opting in.

What happens if I cancel the bonus?

You forfeit the bonus and any winnings attributed to it. Your cash balance and winnings on cash bets remain available to withdraw.
