Measured Payout Speeds

How we measured these numbers
The medians above come from real player withdrawal reports, not operator marketing claims. We collect reports through our dispute intake, our community vote tool, and direct player emails. Each casino's median is calculated only when we have at least 25 reports from verified accounts; below that threshold the row is marked as an editorial estimate.
Reports are weighted by recency, with the most recent 90 days counting for 70% of the median and the prior 12 months counting for the remaining 30%. We exclude reports flagged as chargebacks, disputed by the operator, or made by accounts that failed verification within seven days of withdrawal. This keeps the dataset close to what an honest player would actually experience.
Where a casino supports multiple withdrawal methods, we report the fastest mainstream option. Crypto and instant bank transfer are tracked separately because they materially change the answer. The slowest method at the same casino is typically 3–10x the median shown.
How to read the payout speed table
Green medians (under 24 hours) are typically PayPal, Trustly, or instant bank transfer. White medians (24–72 hours) are the standard for debit card withdrawals once KYC is complete. Yellow medians (over 72 hours) usually indicate manual review on first withdrawal, slow internal processing, or a payout method that requires intermediary banking — not necessarily a problem if the casino has good support, but worth noting.
Casinos marked "Our estimate" have fewer than 25 reports in the dataset. The estimate is based on the casino's stated policy, supported payment methods, and our editor's experience with the operator. Estimates are clearly marked so you can choose whether to trust them.
First withdrawal from any UKGC-licensed casino is almost always slower than repeat withdrawals, because KYC verification happens on the first transaction. If a casino quotes 4 hours and your first withdrawal takes 30 hours, that is normal. The second withdrawal is the one to compare against the published median.
Your method matters more than the casino
A casino that processes in two hours still can’t beat a five-day bank transfer. These are the fastest payout methods once the casino has approved your withdrawal.
